- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure four Haskel Pumps. The pumps are to be shipped to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333914. This procurement is set-aside for small businesses only.�For�boxes that weigh over 40lbs, the material must be palletized when arriving at Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
