Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office on behalf of Whiteriver Service Unit is conducting this combined synopsis/solicitation to identify contractors who could provide the following product(s) or equal: 1 SIGNOSTICS-P008095- 001 KOSMOS PLUS SYSTEM, TORSO-ONE PROBE AND LEXSA PROBE WITH IOS TABLET ON AI STATION Kosmos Plus System configuration includes Komsos Torso-One Probe with 6 Clinical Apps (CW, PW, TDI, Trio, Ejection Fraction, AI Fast), Lexsa Probe with Lexsa PW Clinical App, iOS Tablet, AI Station with HUB. 2 SIGNOSTICS-P008094- 001 KOSMOS PLUS SYSTEM, LEXSA PROBE WITH IOS TABLET ON AI STATION Kosmos Plus System configuration includes Lexsa Probe with Lexsa PW Clinical App, iOS Tablet, AI Station with HUB. 3 SIGNOSTICS-WARR-005 5 YEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY 5-Year comprehensive and effortless EchoNous product warranty.
