Description

The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located in Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has an upcoming requirement for Jada System: Vacuum-Induced Hemorrhage Control System for Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) stated therein. The anticipated delivery date will be 90 days beginning from the Date of Award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339112 � Surgical and Medical Instrument with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The Request for Quotations No. IHS1484018 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by February 23, 2024.� Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the commercial specification, and price. Quotes will be due on or by March 5, 2024. The acquisition is unrestricted.
