- Attachment 1: Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Commercial Items Effective Date: 02/01/2022 Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C25024Q0311. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order to the offeror submitting the best value quote that was reviewed on a comparative evaluation from this solicitation.
