Description

The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the quotation due date to 02/23/2024, 2:00PM EST //NOTHING FOLLOWS// The purpose of this amendment is to: Incorporate the questions and answers. Incorporate additional clauses in the RFQ; Qualifications of Contractor Employees, Observance of Holidays, and Overtime. Update the employee class to Exhibits Specialist: GS-6 Step 1. Incorporate the updated operating hours in the PWS.� The quotation due date remains unchanged. //NOTHING FOLLOWS// This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-03 dated April 26, 2023. This requirement is being solicited as Small Business Set-Aside using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisitions for Certain Commercial Items. The NAICS Code is 713990 -All Other Amusement and Recreation Industries with a small business size standard of $9.0 million.
