- Amendment 0003 is to conduct the following Extend the Solicitation for unrestrictive, Full and Open Competition as Small Business Competition was not met. All quotes shall be provided by CLIN with a break down of services, and the Crane/Forklift, Storage, Offload/onload, transport on CLIN007. All other terms and conditions remain the same. End of Amendment 0003 Amendment 0002 This amendment is to accomplish the following, Extend the solicitation to allow small business competition until 2/13/2024. All other terms and conditions remain the same End of amendment 0002 Amendment 0001 This amendment was to make adjustments to the CLINS and identify Storage Fees as its own CLIN (CLIN0007) Renumbering the Optional CLINS to CLIN0008.
