The lease was awarded meeting the following requiremens: State: Mississippi City: Koscuisko Delineated Area: North: Highway 43 from N Wells St to Veterans Memorial Dr South: S Huntington St to Love Rd. Love Rd to S Wells St. East: Veterans Memorial Drive from Hwy 43 to S Huntington St. West: South Wells St from Love Rd, becomes N Wells St to Hwy 43. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,572 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,572 Reserved Parking Spaces (Total) 0 Reserved Parking Spaces (Surface) 0 Reserved Parking Spaces (Structure) 0 Initial Full Term 10 Initial Firm Term 5 �Termination Rights 90 days Option Term NA Additional Requirements All space must be contiguous on one floor. Offered buildings located near bars, nightclubs, liquor stores, dry cleaners, beauty salons, bingo parlors, or other businesses that produce large fluctuations in traffic or smells detectable within the office space will not be considered. Space must be a walkable � mile to a public transit stop.� For locations offered outside the city center, space shall be located 1) in an office, research, technology, or business park that is modern in design with a campus-like atmosphere; or, 2) on an attractively landscaped site containing one or more modern office Buildings that are professional and prestigious in appearance with the surrounding development well maintained and in consonance with a professional image.
