COR is Isaiah Stultz (310) 268-4030 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY: The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration intends to release a requirement to procure janitorial services for the Los Angeles National Cemetery via a fixed price contract. The fixed price contract will be for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4), one-year option periods. RFQ: 36C78624Q50107 SET ASIDE CATEGORY: SDVOSB NAICS CODES: 561720, Janitorial Services SITE VISIT A Site Visits will be held at Los Angeles National Cemetery 950 S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90049. We intend to offer a guided site visit. b. Questions regarding the solicitation should be submitted via e-mail to the Contracting Officer two days prior to site visit so that the Government may have adequate time to prepare responses for discussion during the Pre-Proposal Conference. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement reference above. It is the offeror�s responsibility to monitor SAM.GOV for changes or amendments.
