The purpose of this amendment is to make the following revisions: SECTION B - SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS Revise: CLIN 0001AA - PRODUCTION QUANTITY from 13 EA to 16 EA Delete: CLIN 0002AA - UNEXERCISED OPTION QUANTITY SECTION F - DELIVERIES OR PERFORMANCE Revise: FAR 52.211-8 TIME OF DELIVERY clause SECTION I - CONTRACT CLAUSES Add: FAR 52.204-30 Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act Orders- Prohibition (DEC 2023) Delete: FAR 52.217-6 OPTION FOR INCREASED QUANTITY,� FAR 52.217-7 OPTION FOR INCREASED QUANTITY--SEPARATELY PRICED LINE ITEM, and FAR 52.217-9 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT. 2. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal and acknowledge this amendment via email, no later than Friday, 16 February 2024 at 4:30PM EST, to the Contract Specialist (lisa.r.roulo.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (valencia.d.lane.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W56HZV-23-R-0062 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. 3. This Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation, W56HZV-23-R-0062, proposes to award a sole-source Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract to G.T. Machining & Fabrication LTD (CAGE: 3AR59), for the procurement of the following: Noun: WINCH,DRUM,POWER OP NSN: 3950-20-010-1538 Manufacturers Part Number/CAGE Code: A4809173/3AR59 Quantity: 13 EA* *100% option available to be exercised 2. There is no Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement. Only the Manufacturer's Part Number is approved. 3. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via email, no later than Friday, 9 February 2024 at 4:30PM EST, to the Contract Specialist (lisa.r.roulo.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (valencia.d.lane.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W56HZV-23-R-0062 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.
