1/11/24� Update - reposted Pre-Solicitation Notice.. Project is anticipated to solict as Full and Open, sometime in late January 2024.�Please see attachment section for Pre-Solicitation Notice details.� DVA Livermore Phase A � Community Living Center, Stockton, CA The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal with the intent of awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract for the Department of Veterans Affairs Northern California Health Care Livermore Phase A project. The estimated magnitude of construction is expected to be between $100M and $250M. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction).�Product Service Code is Y1DZ (Construction of other Hospital Buildings). Please see attachment section for Pre-Solicitation Notice details.�
