- The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located in Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has an upcoming requirement for a Psychiatrist Physician for the Mental Health Department. The anticipated period of performance will be for twelve (12) consecutive months from the Date of Award with a base period plus one (1) Option Period. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 � Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of $34M.� The Request for Quotations No. IHS1486699 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by February 12, 2024.� Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price.� Quotes will be due on or by February 23, 2024.� The acquisition is Indian-Owned Small Business Set-Aside.
