Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE���� The Veterans Healthcare System of The Ozarks (VHSO) has a requirement for repair services to a Bondtech model 12975 medical waste autoclave at its facility located at 1100 N. College Ave in Fayetteville, AR.� The contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to ensure all necessary repairs are complete and the unit operates as designed. The contract is expected to be firm, fixed-price with a 90-day performance period. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should continue to monitor this site for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about February 22, 2024, which will contain the specific instructions and work requirements.���� The solicitation will be issued as a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside in accordance with VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 819.70 under NAICS code 811210, with a small business size standard of $34,000,000. All interested parties must be listed in the U.S. Small Business Administration�s Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ as of the date of their quote and be listed in VetCert and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, as of the date of award.� Award will NOT be delayed for registration. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only. No pricing is being requested at this time.
