- Description
- Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Procurement Office is currently conducting market research to identify companies capable of and qualified to provide the DoDEA-Americas Mid-Atlantic Bus Driver Annual Physical Examinations in support of Puerto Rico. Prospective contractor(s) shall provide all necessary personnel supervision, services, and equipment. The performance period for these services has an anticipated start date of 01 August 2024. This Sources Sought is issued solely for conducting market research. It does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB), or Request for Quotations (RFQ) and does not obligate the Government to any current or future commitments. The Government will not pay/reimburse any costs or charges resulting from contractors� responses to this Sources Sought. If your firm is interested, capable, and qualified to provide these services in one or more of these areas, please submit written information supporting this capability and identify which area your firm would be interested in. Capability statements shall consist of no more than five pages and include a cover page with the company�s name, business mailing address, point of contact, telephone number, Unique Entity ID (UEI), Commercial And Government Entity/NATO Code (CAGE/NCAGE) and company�s website address/Uniform Resource Location (URL). Submissions and inquiries must be sent electronically to John.Butts@dodea.edu and John.Myers@dodea.edu no later than 15:00 Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 14 February 2023. The vendor�s e-mail message shall state �HE1254-24-Q-PRAPA� in the subject line. Telephone calls regarding this Source Sought will not be accepted. For the purpose of this acquisition, the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 621111 Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists), $16.0M, and Product Service Code, Q403 Medical�Evaluation/Screening. Please note that vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database when an offer/quotation/proposal is due to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Therefore, only businesses with an active SAM registration will be eligible to receive any resultant contract(s) with the Department of Defense Education Activity.
