This Sources Sought Notice (SS) SPE60524RFI1008 is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of DLA Energy. DLA Energy is seeking to identify Small Businesses that are interested in, and capable of providing ongoing ground fuel support for the Defense Logistics Agency Energy. This notice includes the ground fuel requirements for DLA Energy customers located in (Puerto Rico). Aviation (JAA)� ����� � �� 9130-00-359-2026 Red-dyed ULSD #2 (DSS)� ���������� ��� 9140-01-541-6760 Summer ULSD (DS2) (US)� �� � � � � � 9140-01-524-0139 For purpose of compiling responses to this Source Sought Notice, the deadline is set on February 21, 2024, 4:30 PM, Eastern Time (ET). IN RESPONDING TO THIS NOTICE PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1. Your company name, CAGE Code, any owners, email address, phone/fax number. 2. Background information of the firm and/or contractor regarding technical capability and ability to perform. 3. What types of fuel products are you capable of supplying? Which areas can you supply the fuel for? What are the names and locations of your fuel supplier(s)? 4. Does your company participate in any socioeconomic programs/small business programs? If so, please state what programs(s). 5. Are you a refinery? If so, is your refinery a small business (producing less than or equal to 200,000 barrels)? 6. Have your company participated in any current or previous contracts under the Direct Delivery Ground Fuels Program? If so, were any of those contract requirements performed in the location stated above?
