Project Description Project Title. Cooperative recreational and cultural programming at Sacred Oaks Healing Center (SOHC), Davis, California Indian Health Service, California Area Office, Mission Statement. The overall mission of the Indian Health Service (IHS) is to raise the physical, mental, social and spiritual health of American Indians and Alaska natives (AI/AN) to the highest level. Requirement. IHS, California Area Office has a requirement for Cooperative recreational and cultural programming at the Sacred Oaks Healing Center, Davis, California. �The program seeks supplementary support to their current curriculum from local tribal community members to provide a regular schedule of cooperative recreational and cultural programming and activities. IHS, CAO will utilize responses to determine set-aside potential and competition requirements to methods of procurement, i.e., Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ), Invitation for Bids (IFB). Any competition requirements and subsequent contract types which may include Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Requirement contracts, and/or standalone contracts for a specific services or items. All acquisitions will be solicited and awarded utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulations, DHHS and IHS policies, regulations, and best practices. Period of Performance. Potentially, the Government is interested in soliciting and awarding a base contract with four, one-year option periods. Potential Set-Asides.
