The Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, located in Crownpoint NM 87313 has an upcoming requirement for Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the purchase of various building material, supplies, tools, hardware and etc. for the Facility and Quarter Department. The Period of Performance will be from date of award to December 31, 2024. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 444140- Hardware Retailers with a small business size standard of $16.5M.� The Request for Quotations No. IHS1487707 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by February 6, 2024. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price.� Quotes will be due on or by February 12, 2024.
