- Description
- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center, Acquisition Division on behalf of USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is preparing to request qualifications under Architect-Engineer (A&E) Service procedures of FAR Subpart 36.6 for the acquisition of easement boundary surveys under the two components of the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP):� Agricultural Land Easements (ALE) and Wetland Reserve Easements (WRE).� The Agricultural Conservation Easement Program helps landowners, land trusts, and other entities protect, restore, and enhance wetlands or protect working farms and ranches through conservation easements.� The programs are voluntary, have annual enrollment periods, and include additional funding through the Inflation Reduction Act for the next five years. SF-330 Architect-Engineer Qualifications received as a result of the request will be maintained in accordance with FAR Subpart 36.603 and will be available for review by any USDA Contracting Officer to meet USDA Architect & Engineer (A&E) requirements for boundary surveying within states/territories of the United States. � The requirements to be supported by this request for qualifications will be limited to 541370 - Surveying and Mapping (except Geophysical) Services. �Firms must have a minimum of one Professional Land Surveyor currently licensed in the state for which they are seeking consideration. This is an advance notice.� The formal request for qualifications with addional details and submission instructions will be avilable from this site on or about February 20, 2024.
