Contractor is to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material, and supervision to perform combustion analysis on boilers recording the initial emission levels, and efficiency, then perform servicing and re-record emission levels and efficiency through the US Army?s Fort Campbell area in the states of Kentucky and Tennessee.
