- The 23d Contracting Squadron�s Services Flight is conducting market research for a one-time service to establish a firm-fixed price contract to provide all non-personal services to include: labor, equipment, materials, and related items necessary to provide Tactical Training for the 823d Base Defense Squadron, Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for details. The designated NAICS code is 611699, with a size standard of $16.5M.
