Description

DLA Troop Support intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of NSN 1730-01-261-9950, a Drum Assembly Ammunition Loader.� This NSN is manufactured to General Dynamics-OTS (CAGE 05606) P/N 217F701. The solicitation will be posted to the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil) on, or around,� February 16, 2024.� At that time, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. � This procurement will be issued as an Unrestricted opportunity.� Large Businesses interested in submitting a proposal will be required to submit a Subcontracting Plan. The Government intends to utilize the procedures of FAR part 15, Negotiation, to solicit for a one-time, Definite Quantity procurement with Fixed Price.� The government will make one, single award.� The Government intends to issue award to the responsible vendor offering the lowest price, whose offer conforms to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation.� The Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) and Annual Demand Frequencies (ADF) listed in the solicitation represents only estimates from data available to the contracting officer at time of solicitation.
