- VIDEO DOORBELL SYSTEM FOR BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS, SOUTHERN PLAINS REGIONAL OFFICE, PAWNEE AGENCY DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS - The Bureau of Indian Affairs has a need for the installation of a video intercom door system. Contractor will install equipment as outlined in contractor's bid dated November 9, 2023. AWARD TYPE - Government is awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order. SET A-SIDE - This procurement is being awarded as a set aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) in accordance with the Buy Indian Act Regulations. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE - NAICS Code: 561621, Security Systems Services, with a small business size of $25m. ANTICIPATED DELIVERY TERMS - Contractor must notify the point of contact in the award document to confirm work schedule, which has to be done within Monday through Friday and between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. No work can be done on Federal Holidays and weekends. Location of work is Pawnee Agency, 850 Agency Road, Pawnee, OK 74058.
