Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCMENET ONLY. This is sources south Notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 324110. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this Sources Sought Notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. The US Fish and Wildlife is seeking bulk fuel delivery services for the Willamette Valley Nation Wildlife Refuge in the Corvallis, Oregon area. If a contract is determined necessary deliveries will be made to the following Bulk Storage tanks located behind the Maintenance Shop at each of the Refuges: 1. Ankeny NWR, 2301 Wintel Road, Jefferson, OR 97352 2. Baskett Slough NWR, 10995 Highway 22, Dallas, OR 97338 3. William L. Finley NWR, 26028 Finley Refuge Road, Corvallis, OR 97333 Unloading of fuels would be directly into the facility�s storage tank. The Fuel Provider would need to comply with the current National Fuel Quality Standards and (US) ASTM fuel quality standards for products produced or manufactured and supplied under this potential need. The Supplier would provide auto tank monitoring and refills. The Supplier would furnish the following fuel to include but not limited to: a. Unleaded (10% ethanol) b. Clear diesel (highway-on road) c. Dyed Diesel (off-road) Deliveries would need to be made during operating hours, 6:00AM-4:00PM Monday- Friday with the exception of wildfire outbreak where weekend deliveries may be allowed. The supplier would need to accept Government purchase card as payment.
