PRON: D13H0513D1. The Government proposes to acquire on a One Time Buy, Firm-Fixed Price contract, for a quantity of TEN (10) each of a ENCODER, SHAFT ANGLE, NSN: 5990-01-1104841; Part Number: 10274278-2 applicable to the PATRIOT weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with Production Lot Test-Government Facility is for ALL quantity, 128 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government is interested in all businesses to include 8(a), small business and small disadvantaged business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. All contractors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be registered as a potential source.
