Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION RFQ# 36C24824Q0225 ROOF RESEALING SERVICE FOR TRAILER 80 ROOF The Government requires a Roof Resealing Service of the Trailer 80 Roof in support of the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH) for the Facilities Management Office (FMO). The contractor will provide all requested Roof Resealing Services, as identified within this Statement of Work (SOW), Dated 01/30/2024 for the Facilities Management Office (FMO) at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), 13000 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33612. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, supervision, etc. to successfully seal the roof at trailer 80 using a Roofing Grade Rubber that could double the life expectancy of the existing roof system in accordance with the SOW, dated 01/30/2024. The contract term shall cover a Base Period from 02/15/2024 to 04/15/2024.
