- Yuma Meadows Conservation Area (YMCA) Fence Repair, Yuma, AZ The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Lower Colorado Basin has a requirement to replace approximately 3,500 linear feet of 7-ft high, 3 strand barb wire chain link fence fabric, not to include the existing fence posts, around the western perimeter of the YMCA site, situated on the California side of the river between Imperial and Laguna Dams; roughly 12.5 miles northeast of Yuma County, AZ and 8 miles Southwest of Martinez Lake, AZ. The Contractor will be required to furnish all the labor, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary for removal and replacement of approximately 3,500 linear feet of 7-ft high, 3-strand barb wire link fence fabric. This requirement is restricted as a 100% HUBZone Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, with a corresponding small business size standard of $19M. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government contemplates award of one firm-fixed price purchase order but reserves the right to award none at all. An organized site visit has been scheduled for February 6, 2024. Participations will meet at the Yuma Area Office, Yuma, AZ at 8:00 AM, Arizona Time. All parties will leave the Yuma office together. Should any parties get lost, a site location map is provided. If no notification is received from interested vendors, the site visit will be cancelled. Only written questions will be accepted for this solicitation.
