- Naval Facilities Engineering System Command Europe Africa Central (NAVFAC EURAFCENT) intends to issue a solicitation that will result in the award of�single award of an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) with fixed priced task orders for minor construction and to provide real property repair and maintenance.� The purpose of this procurement is to provide a contract vehicle for various renovations, repairs, maintenance, replacements, alterations, demolition, and tasks involving specialty trades to include electrical, mechanical, painting, paving, flooring, roofing, structural repair, fencing, HVAC, and fire suppression/protection systems installation. This procurement is for the NAVFAC EURAFCENT Public Works Department (PWD) Poland Area of Responsibility (AOR). The award includes one 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods and an optional extension of up to six months. Construction to be performed may include alteration, and repair of real property (industrial, commercial) and utilities. These projects will typically range in value between $2,000 and $2,000,000. The solicitation and resultant contract will contain the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN):� ��� �CLIN 0001�� �Base Year ��� �CLIN 0002�� �Option One ��� �CLIN 0003�� �Option Two ��� �CLIN 0004�� �Option Three ��� �CLIN 0005�� �Option Four ��� �CLIN 0006�� �Option Six-month extension The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents the best value after evaluation in accordance with the factors and their relative importance in the solicitation. This acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted basis with full and open competition.� The solicitation and subsequent amendments will be issued via the Solicitation Module in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). Similarly, Offeror(s) shall utilize this module when submitting proposals. Participants in source selection boards shall ensure they have access to PIEE. Prospective offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management with an ""active"" status at the time of proposal submission, if they wish to be considered for award.�
