- Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort.� No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.� The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.� In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation�for�Grounds Maintenance Services�(561730 - Landscaping/Groundskeeping; $9.5M Small Business Size Standard) prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation, with quotes being requested, as a written�solicitation�will not be issued. The�solicitation�number is FA462124Q0008 and this�solicitation�is issued as a competitive 8(a) Request for Quotation (RFQ).� The�solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal�Acquisition�Circular 2023-06.��The following provisions and clauses, including all addenda, are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1,�Instructions to�Offerors-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services FAR 52.212-2,�Evaluation-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services FAR 52.212-3,�Offeror�Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services FAR 52.212-4,�Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services FAR 52.212-5,�Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services The attachments to this notice include a list of all services to be acquired, including descriptions, periods of performance, and quantities for the base and option periods.� Please read the solicitation documents in their entirety and adhere to all solicitation requirements to be considered for award. A pre-proposal conference will�be held in the 1st Floor Large Conference Room of Bldg. 840, McConnell AFB,�at�2:00 PM CST�on 22 January 2024.� A site visit will be conducted immediately following the pre-proposal conference.� Attendance is limited to no more than 3 individuals per interested party.��For base access to the pre-proposal conference and site visit, please provide the following information to SSgt David Betchley, at david.betchley@us.af.mil, no later than 2:00 PM CST on 15 January 2024: Full Name Date of Birth Driver's License / State ID / Permit Number State of Issue Social Security Number The purpose of the pre-proposal conference and the site visit is to provide a forum to answer questions that may arise from this solicitation.� All questions, regardless of attendance, shall be submitted via email to�SrA Colin Shoemake, at colin.shoemake@us.af.mil, no later than 2:00 PM CST on �24 January 2024.� A document responding to all questions received on time shall be attached via an amendment to this notice shortly thereafter.
