Other seals with matching dimensions shall be acceptable. Seals shall be accepted in raw stock lengths, with simple traverse end cuts. Bolt holes will be drilled by Government personnel. �Please see images and full specifications in SOW posted to SAM.gov.� Seals shall be delivered to the USACE Fountain City, Wisconsin Service Base no later than June 1, 2024. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation. NAICS Code: 339991 Size Standard: 600 employees Please include the manufacturer, model numbers, and specifications of all supplies your firm is quoting, to ensure that they fully meet specifications. Please include the Country of Origin for all supplies offered. Seals shall be molded. Quoin seals shall have ASTM A36 3/8� x 4� steel reinforcement plates molded into the legs of the seal running continuously along the length of the entire seal. All edges to have 1/8� radius on all edges. Seals shall not contain reclaimed polymers and shall include reinforcing carbon black, zinc oxide, accelerators, antioxidants, vulcanizing agents and plastizer.
