The Product Identification Description (PID) of the NSN being procured list only one approved source, which is CURTISS-WRIGHT FLOW CONTROL SERVICE, CAGE 21439.� The objective of this procurement is to place the item in a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQC) long-term contract (LTC) of a maximum of 1 (One) year. The Government will solicit the acquisition under FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The scope of the procurement is limited to the six items listed in Section B of the solicitation. The Government does not intend to bundle this item. � Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
