Description

The purpose of this notice is to announce the General Services Administration�s (GSA) intent to solicit a Firm Fixed Price one source blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with Mainstream Engineering Corporation located at 200 Yellow Place, Rockledge, FL 32955 for the purpose of acquiring Enhanced Environmental Control Units (EECU) Part Number E2CU60K3208 under Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract 47QSWA22D0099. The Government intends to solicit Mainstream Engineering Corporation per FAR 8.405-6, as only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation package will be issued. This special notice is NOT a request for competitive quotations.
