Small Business Set-Aside: SBA Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)
Description: The planned solicitation will result in one Firm-Fixed Price MATOC pool with a total capacity of $99M for DB or DBB General Construction of Building Envelope, Roof Repair and Replacement for all Charleston District Programs. The MATOC pool is anticipated to include a target of five (5) contractors. The contracts will include a three-year base period and one two-year option period.
