- Project Title: Whittier Narrows Dam Safety Modification Project. This solicitation and resulting contract are utilizing the Best Value Trade-off process in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 15. This acquisition uses the Integrated Design and Construction (IDaC) delivery method. The NAICS Code for this project 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The size standard is $45,000,000.00. IAW DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of this project is between $250,000,000.00 and $500,000,000.00. This acquisition is solicited using full and open competition.
