- REQUEST FOR QUOTE 70Z08424QAA150500 SOLICITATION NOTICE for Maintenance, Inspection, and Testing of Installed Fire Sprinkler Systems at United States Coast Guard Academy ATTENTION TO OFFEROR This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Procurement and Contracting Commercial Support Services Branch (LOG-931) invites you to submit a quote to provide Inspection, Testing and Maintenance of Installed Fire Sprinkler Systems at USCG Academy located in 15 Mohegan Ave. Pkwy, New London, CT with a base period beginning on or about 07 April 2024 through 06 April 2025, with four 12-month option periods, if exercised by the Government ending 06 April 2029. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06 Effective date: 04 December 2023. This requirement is issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that applies to this Request for Quote (RFQ) is 561621 (Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) and its size standard is $25M. PSC: J063 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Alarm, Signal, and Security Detection Systems). These services are being solicited under RFQ Number: 70Z08424QAA150500. Service Category Covered: Notifier Fire Alarm System Maintenance, Repair, And Inspection. Extent of Competition: This solicitation will be based on fair opportunity procedures. Types of Services and Performance Locations: Services will be performed at the United States Coast Guard Academy in New London, Connecticut.
