Description
West Palm Beach Veterans Affairs Medical Center 7305 N Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410 561-422-6664 Statement of Work Replacement and Services For Replacement of damaged Awnings Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for the installation and delivery of: Work includes, but is not limited to: Fabricate and install new vinyl covers on existing steel frames listed below: Remove old/damaged vinyl covers. Upper East Parking Garage 2 each standard stationary style 20 wide x 5 projection x 2 6 rise. Building 6, 2 each Shed style, 5 6 x 6 projection x 2 rise. West Entrance 1 standard stationary valley style, 10 wide x 8 x 6 rise Fisher House 1 standard stationary style, 6 wide x 6 6 projection x 1 8 rise. CLC 1 L-Shaped standard stationary style, (25 wide x 8 projection x 4 rise) (30 wide x 8 projection x 4 rise). Covers shall be fabricated of 17oz Patio 500 #565 Reef Blue vinyl over polyester scrim, have r-f welded seams where possible, and have a straight hemmed bottom perimeter edge approximately 2 below the frame. Quality Control Contractor is responsible for maintaining a clean environment during the installation and removal of existing awning fabric. Upon completion of the project all remaining materials are to be removed or disposed of. All codes shall be strictly adhered to and maintained throughout the entirety of the project and upon completion a final inspection will be done to verify no codes, standards or regulations have been violated. 4. Working hours shall be Monday through Friday 7am to 4:30pm. Contractor is required to check in and out with the Carpenter shop supervisor each day.
