- San Juan Creek CRI 1320 acres The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for an intensive Class III cultural inventory of public land administered by for a fuels reduction, rangeland improvement and habitat enhancement project in Saguache County, Colorado. Description of Work Summary: The contract will consist of Tasks I thru III comprising a total of 1,320 acres to be inventoried. Work will be carried out by or under the direct supervision of an individual holding a Colorado BLM cultural resource use permit. Details are included in the Statement of Work and maps attached to this RFQ. Additional location files are available in a zip folder, contact the Contract Specialist at lstjohn@blm.gov to request a copy of the folder be emailed to you. No site visit is scheduled but offerors may visit the site on their own. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set aside. The NAICS associated with this solicitation is 541620 Environmental Consulting Series with a size standard of $19M. Award decision will be based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. See provision FAR 52.212-2 'Evaluation - Commercial Items' for information about how quotes will be evaluated. Technical question regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing only via email to the Contract Specialist, Laura StJohn at lstjohn@blm.gov no later than Thursday January 25, 2024. Any questions received will be answered via an amendment to the solicitation on or about Tuesday January 30, 2024. If no questions are received no amendment will be issued. In order to ensure all offerors have the same information questions will not be accepted by telephone, they must be emailed and the answers will be provided in the amendment. Quotes shall be submitted via email to lstjohn@blm.gov no later than Monday February 12, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Please be sure to include the RFQ Number 140L3724Q0020 in the subject line of the email to ensure your quote is properly identified. Due to system limitations submissions through sam.gov will no be accepted. Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (sam.gov) as of the closing date and time of this solicitation.
