Description

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) requests for quote (RFQ)N32253-24-Q-0020 with the intent to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract for the Contractor to provideannual preventative maintenance on Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam to be centrally located between Pearl Harbor NavalShipyard�s Controlled Industrial Areas and the Intermediate Maintenance Facility and within a 5-10 minutetravel time of those two locations. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310 for COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT (EXCEPT AUTOMOTIVE AND ELECTRONIC) REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $12,500,000. The Product Service Code is J049,�Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Maintenance and Repair Shop Equipment. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM)(https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions andclauses will be those in eff ect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02, DFARS 12/22/2023, and NMCARS 18-22. All quotation submissions need to include completion of FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 52.212-3, and 52.222-48. Quotes are due no later than Thursday, 1/18/2024 at 1:00 p.m. HST.
