- The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to research and identify parties having an interest in providing the requirement. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and does not serve to bind the U.S. Government in any way. Interested parties shall not be reimbursed for costs associated with preparation of their responses. The Coast Guard Special Missions Training Center (SMTC) requires Chemical, Biological, Radiological & Nuclear (CBRN) and Emergency Medical course to obtain Contractor Instructional and Emergency Medical Technician support services to provide state of the art CBRN resident and mobile training to all required USCG personnel as directed by FORCECOM, CG 721, CG Maritime Security Counterterrorism Division and Emergency Medical support for resident training courses at Camp Lejeune, NC. Please see attached PWS for specific tasks and requirements. Contractors having capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to provide information to contribute to this Sources Sought Notice. Only electronic submissions will be accepted. Electronic files larger than 5 MB shall be broken down into multiple files with no one file exceeding 5 MB. Each electronic submission shall include: 1. The RFI number in the subject line. 2. Name of Contractor, Address and Unique Entity Identifier, Point of Contact and Phone number. The POC shall be capable of addressing questions or issues associated with the submission and content of the RFI. 3. Size standard, NAICS Code, and set-aside, if applicable. 4. A summary of email content, vendor name and mailing address. 5. Submission should include Capabilities Statement and responses to the RFI. 6. Socioeconomic status 7. Does your company currently have existing government-wide acquisition contracts (GWAC)(e.g. GSA) or other strategically sourced contracts for these types of requirements that the USCG can order off? If yes, please provide contract number, what agency it is with, and agency point of contact information. Questions and responses regarding this RFI may be forwarded to Steven Powell via email at Steven.D.Powell@uscg.mil. The deadline for submitting questions and/or response to this RFI is 4:00 PM EST on January 23, 2024. Information obtained as a result of this RFI may be used by the Government for program planning on a non-attribution basis. Respondents should not include any information that might be considered proprietary or confidential. This request for information is for market research and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to award a contract from responses to this announcement. Responses received will be treated as ""information only"" and will not be used as a proposal. Any information submitted by interested parties is strictly voluntary, and no monetary compensation will be provided for response preparation.
