Description: The contractor shall provide all supervision, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, appliances, and materials, and perform all work necessary for maintenance and repair projects at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL). This project shall be performed in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings forming parts thereof, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract.� All approved equivalent replacement parts will be first approved for use by the COR prior to installation.��
