Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 36.213-2. Proposed Work: The contractor shall provide all supervision, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, appliances, and materials, and perform all work necessary for maintenance and repair projects at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL). This project shall be performed in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings forming parts thereof, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract.� All approved equivalent replacement parts will be first approved for use by the COR prior to installation. Estimated Pricing Range: In accordance with DFARS 236.204, the estimated contract ceiling of this construction project ranges between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00. Tentative Dates for Official Solicitation: Posting - on or around March/April 2024 with requests for bids closing approximately 31 calendar days from the date of original posting Period of Performance - July 2024 through July 2029, plus potential 6 month extension through Jan 2030
