- The Purpose of Amendment 0007: - Extend the closing date from 10 January 2024 to 16 January 2024 at 1500 (3:00 pm) EST. - Update Attachment 0016 with questions addressed. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect. The Purpose of Amendment 0006: - Update Attachment 0016 addressing questions that have been addressed. -Update Section L to reflect W15QKN24R0005 as the posting language for PIEE. -Note: Submissions are still due 10 January 2024. -All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect. The Purpose of Amendment 0005: - Post Exhibit H - Contract Data Requirement List & DID's for CDRLS A001 to A030. - Proposal Due Date remains 10 January 2024. The Purpose of Amendment 0004: - Extend the response date to January 10th 2024. - Update Attachment 0016 addressing questions asked since last amendment. - Updating the SOW with the answer to one of the questions that was addressed. - Updating Section L and M in the Solicitation. - Updating Attachment 0005 of the Pricing Matrix with the OCONUS OPNET. All other aspects of the solicitation and previous amendments remain unchanged and in full effect. __________________________________________________________________________ The Purpose of Amendment 0003: - Extend the response date to January 4th 2024 to accomodate for the TDP delay. - Updating and consolidating all questions from Attachment 0017 and adding them into Attachment 0016. Attachment 0017 will be deleted. All subsequent questions and answers will be updated as a revised Attachment 0016. __________________________________________________________________________ The Purpose of Amendment 0002: - Revise Attachment 0011 Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement For Government Technical Data to reflect the correct Solicitation Number (W15QKN-24-R-0005). - Revise the Executive Summary of the Solicitation (Page 3 of 179) of the subject solicitation to display the correct URL for accessing information on obtaining a certified DD2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement as ""go to https://www.dla.mil/Loigistics-Operations/Services/JCP/DD2345Instructions"" click on documents, and follow instructions provided. - Section J Attachment 0017, Solicitation Questions and Answers 4 is incorparted into Solicitation. __________________________________________________________________________ The Purpose of Amendment 0001: - Is to extend the response date to December 4th 2023 to mitigate the delay in furnishing TDP's. - Revise Attachment 0002 Non-Disclosure and Non-Use to reflect the correct Solicitation number (W15QKN-24-R-0005). - Update Attachment 0005 M2 M48 M2A1 Pricing Matrix to M2 M48 M2A1 Pricing Matrix FINAL (Please use this attachment and disregard the original). - Section J Attachment 0016, Solicitation Questions and Answers 1-3 is incorporated into the Solicitation. __________________________________________________________________________ The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of Project Manager Soldier Lethality Crew Served Weapons (PM SL) is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) W15QKN-24-R-0005 for the manufacture of M2, M48 and M2A1 Machine Guns and support packages including spare barrels, enhanced barrels, spare parts (SP) packages, special tools and gauges (STG) packages, maintenance support items (MSI), and operator and field maintenance training for each weapon variant. This procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Proposals will be due 30 days from release of solicitation. To obtain copies of the Technical Data Package (TDP) marked Distribution D, Offerors will be required to e-mail the following documents to the Point of Contact listed below: Completed and signed AMSTA-AR- Form 1350 Technical Data Request Questionnaire; Non-Disclosure and Non Use Agreement (NDA), to be executed by an authorized representative of the respondent's firm; and Signed and approved DD Form 2345 Military Critical Technical Data Agreement. A copy of the company's State/Provincial Business License, Incorporation Certificate, State Tax Identification Form, or other documentation which verifies the legitimacy of the company must also accompany the DD Form 2345. Refer to the Pre-solicitation synopsis for additional information.� Please provide proposals in accordance with the directions in the solicitation.
