Description: The purpose of this amendment is to correct the limitation of subcontracting expectations. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure construction services from a capable SDVOSB firm on the open market. The construction project will replace the existing Nurse call System with a new Nurse Call system at Building 331 and 360 at VA Menlo Park Healthcare System (VAPAHCS).�
