- 1. This Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation, W56HZV-23-R-0062, proposes to award a sole-source Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract to G.T. Machining & Fabrication LTD (CAGE: 3AR59), for the procurement of the following: Noun: WINCH,DRUM,POWER OP NSN: 3950-20-010-1538 Manufacturers Part Number/CAGE Code: A4809173/3AR59 Quantity: 13 EA* *100% option available to be exercised 2. There is no Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement. Only the Manufacturer's Part Number is approved. 3. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via email, no later than Friday, 9 February 2024 at 4:30PM EST, to the Contract Specialist (lisa.r.roulo.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (valencia.d.lane.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W56HZV-23-R-0062 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
