- Amendment 01: The purpose of this amendment is to: (1) Allow for an accelerated award option for selected full proposals that do not exceed $2,000,000 for proposers who are willing to agree to prescribed terms and conditions as part of their full proposal submissions. Award would be made within 30 days of the selection notification. Please see Attachments 5-8 for details. (2) Update the Agency Contact for this effort to Dr. Whitney Mason. (3) Update the MTO Mission and Thrust Areas. (4) Update the DARPA Cost Proposal Template instructions for academic institutions. Original Synopsis below: This announcement seeks revolutionary research ideas for topics not being addressed by ongoing MTO programs or other published solicitations.
