Description

This construction project is for the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System Fort Wayne Campus, located at 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN, 46805, and includes all necessary services to successfully upgrade the Air Handling Unit and Condensing Unit in the Penthouse of Building #1. The Period of Performance is 365 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000 and $500,000.
