RLP Procurement Summary ���������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: MS City: Aberdeen Delineated Area: North: North: Intersection of US-45 and MS-145. E on Big John Road, S on MS-145, NE on Ben Bender Road, E on Short Street, S on N Meridian Street East: S on N Meridian Street, E on E Commerce Street to US-45 South: E on US-45 West: West: Continue N on US-45 to Intersection at MS-145 Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 37,983 Space Type: Office and Courts Parking Spaces (Surface): 28 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Additional Requirements: Offered Space must be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. The following space configurations will not be considered: extremely long or narrow runs of space irregularly shaped space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage Space shall be located in a modern quality Building of sound and substantial construction with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum or other permanent materials in good condition and acceptable to the GSA Lease Contracting Officer. If not a new Building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone, or will complete by occupancy, modernization or adaptive reuse for the Space with modern conveniences. Other typical and special requirements as called for in the Request for Lease Proposal package. Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 1-PERCENT-ANNUAL-CHANCE floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain) unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the [1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
