Description

Pre-solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to award a sole source contract.� This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Fellow Health, 1933 Davis St., Suite 263, San Leandro, CA 94577 UIE: NYJGP22H15Z1.� � � � �� The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain fertility services for clinical testing for both semen analysis for non-vasectomy and post vasectomy. Fellows Health provides both semen analysis, and post vasectomy testing. In addition, Fellow provides mail-in at home collection kits with a 52-hour stability, temperature monitoring in each mail-in collection kit, electronic patient reminders of when and how to perform the test.� There online portal access is provided for both providers and patients and repeat testing for post vasectomy semen analysis until the patient has successfully cleared testing following the vasectomy.� POP: 2/1/24-1/31/29 and FOB destination. Fellow Health is the only contractor that can provide both semen analysis and post vasectomy testing. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. The NAICS is 621511. The size standard is $41.5M.� The PSC/FSC is Q301. Place of Performance VISN1 VAMC's. This procurement is subject to prohibitions in VAAR 852.212-71 Gray Market Items and in 852.212-72 Gray Market and Counterfeit Items.���������������� The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. ���� Interested persons may contact the Contracting Officer/Contract Specialist by email at Cynthia.thompson2@va.gov regarding this procurement.� The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
