Description

Subject: Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West intends to issue a sole-source contract to Omnicell, Inc. for WIN2019 Server Upgrade, includes OC Remote Access license, WIN2019, OC Server WIN2019 21-175 devices and OC Virtual Test server for the government-owned Omnicell Server located at Evans Army Community Hospital. The sole-source contract will have a performance period of 1 March 2024 - 28 February 2025. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 513210, Software Publishers. The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 513210 is $47M. The solicitation number is W81K00-24-Q-0024, and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent and the final Justification and Approval (J&A) document. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, within 5 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
