Description

Extending this solicitation due to the holidays to ensure adequate competition is received. Questions and Answers: Q1:�The four circled areas on page 2 are the only areas needing replacement, or does the entire roof need to be replaced, as well?� A1:�Just the circled areas. Q2: what is teh Square Footage to be replaced? A2: The total Square Footage is 1648 ft. (412 s.f. for each of the 4 sections). The Government requires performance pf the work described in these documents. A. Project Title: Replace Roof on BLDG 44. B. Competition is set aside for Small Business. Applicable NAICS code is 238160 Roofing Contractors. C. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. D. Prospective offerors shall complete block 14, 15, and 19. E. Prospective offerors shall be registered with Systems for Awards Management (SAM) with an active registration.
