- Andersen Air Force Base has a requirement to establish an Airfield Paving Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, labor, transportation, and management necessary to perform the IDIQ. The Paving IDIQ is a single award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) construction acquisition described in the General Statement of Work, Base Standards, and Special Contract Procedures.� Projects executed under the Paving IDIQ are defined with each individual task order. Paving work to be performed will encompass construction, alteration, repair, and maintenance of asphalt and concrete pavements, which includes, but is not limited to, repair of concrete sidewalks, crack sealing, joint sealing, spalls, potholes, curbs and gutters, guardrails, ditch, drainage pipe, traffic striping, sidewalk replacement, pavement marking, excavation, utility work, landscaping, and related work. Performance will be on Andersen Air Force Base and Northwest Field, Guam. MAGNITUDE (DFARS 236.204): Program: $25,000,000 - $100,000,000 LOCATION OF WORK: Andersen AFB, Guam and Northwest Field, Guam TENTATIVE DATE OF ISSUE: The solicitation number for this acquisition will be FA524023R0021 and will be available for retrieval at SAM.gov once posted on or about�12 January 2024. CONTRACT TYPE: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Single Award PLANS & INSPECTION: Available planning documentation will be provided in the solicitation.� A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be advertised in the solicitation.� OTHER INFORMATION: The solicitation for this acquisition will be issued electronically and will be publicized via SAM.gov. Interested offerors are responsible for retrieving their own copy of the solicitation and all associated documents as no paper copies will be furnished. No offeror mailing list will be maintained. Interested offerors should register at the SAM.gov website to receive notification of any additions/changes to the publicized solicitation. Interested offerors are encouraged to submit their contact information by registering as an interested vendor, utilizing the �Vendor Notification Service� link within the �Register to Receive Notification� function. All offerors must be registered within the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Electronic bidding will be utilized for this acquisition. Prospective offerors will be required to deliver proposals through the Solicitation Module in Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
