Description

Solicitation 47PB0024Q0001 for Operations and Maintenance and Related Services at the Frederick C. Murphy Federal Records Center (MA0136ZZ), 380 Trapelo Road, Waltham, MA 02452, hereby amended as follows: (1) Correct erroneous reference in Section 1.8 (""Quotation Due Date"") of the Request for Quote from Friday, December 15, 2023, to Wednesday, January 3, 2024. (2) Replace Request for Quote 2023 12 22 with Request for Quote 2023 12 23 (3) Change the name of Line Items 0011, 1011, 2011, etc., from ""Fire Protection / Life Safety Additional Services Rate - After Hours / Emergency Callback"" to ""Reimbursable Repair Rate (over $1,000.00) - After Normal Working Hours."" (4) Replace SF1449 Contract Form 2023 12 15 with SF1449 Contract Form 2023 12 23. (5) Change Line Items 9001 - 9015 in the Standard Form 1449 to convert the Six Month Extension (May 1, 2033 - October 30, 2033) to Option Year 9 (May 1, 2033 - April 30, 2034). (6) Add Line Items 9016 - 9030 (Six Month Extension: May 1, 2034 - October 30, 2034) to the Standard Form 1449. (7) Replace Electronic Offer Sheet 2023 12 22 Protected with Electronic Offer Sheet 2023 12 23 Protected. (8) Correct posting error in eBuy by uploading attachments referenced in Amendment #3. (9) List of Amendment 04 attachments: Attachment 01: Solicitation Changes Summary 2023 12 23 Attachment 02: Request For Quote 2023 12 23 Attachment 03: RFQ Attach 04 SF1449 2023 12 23 Attachment 04: RFQ Attach 05 Electronic Offer Sheet 2023 12 23 Protected NOTE: Offerors are reminded to acknowledge receipt of this Amendment by one of the methods cited in Block 11 of the SF-1449.
